  • Tell me if this sounds like you. You were once so excited to become a coach. You went through a training a few years ago. Thought of a name for your coaching offerings. Even considered making or actually did make business cards. Until you realized that being a coach is actually a small business. The overwhelm of white noise and fancy rhetoric about how to run one left you in total paralysis by analysis that now your certificate has only been good for collecting dust. After 20+ years in the industry, I get it. But if I was in your shoes this is the first thing I would do would be to silence the external noise for a moment and remember your why. Why did you want to become a coach in the first place? What was that deeper reason? Now that you remember the why, we are here to show you the how. We start with step one at the beginning and support you the rest of the way to a thriving coaching business so you can get back to doing what you are meant to. You can begin today at https://lnkd.in/gQ_jtjM9. . . . #coachingforsuccess #servicebasedbusiness #onlinecoaches #businesscoaching #smallbusinesstips

  • And suddenly here comes the end of yet another year. It always seems a little surprising to be actually here upon us don't you think? So with that in mind, perhaps now might be in a place to just reflect on these two questions, no matter how briefly. We're certainly slowly finding our feet as an organization as we are gaining ever greater clarity on our true north. One thing is for certain, in a world so beset with challenges it seems ever more critical that communities like ours feel connected and clear about their place, purpose and path. It is why we create opportunities such as our upcoming March quarterly meeting to continue to build in this way together. We are truly grateful for your support and participation in our community and look forward to strengthening that bond and also to supporting you and together making this world a better place. Wishing you all a happy holiday season and wonderful new year! WIth gratitude, Sherry & Rod

  • In our two decades worth of experience in the coaching industry, we’ve seen it all. The lofty promises of high 5 figure (or more) months. The “golden” methods to success. The high-ticket courses full of fluff. But if you have dreams of leaving your 9-5 to pursue a coaching career rooted in more passion and purpose, here’s the thing: If anyone is telling you that they have the secret to success, please understand that there isn't one. What it truly takes is: ✅ Your commitment to your ongoing evolution as a coach both professionally and personally. ✅ Your intention built upon your reason why you got into coaching in the first place. ✅ And consistently honing practical business development skills needed to run any thriving business. It’s why we designed THRIVE - our comprehensive business development course for coaches - to be high value, low cost and full of the actual steps on HOW to create a successful coaching business. • We see it all the time. The top two things preventing you from having a successful coaching business are: ✨ Rusty, unused skills because you go through the whole coaching training process feeling ready to take on the world, but as soon as it’s over, months go by as you watch your certificate begin to collect dust. You now are feeling out of touch with everything you learned and not confident to take on clients since you haven’t used your skills since the training. ✨ Lack of business development because you realized being a coach is actually a small business, but your coach training program didn’t even touch on it. The overwhelm of navigating through white noise and fancy rhetoric about how to run one left you in total paralysis by analysis and uncertain where to begin in getting your coaching business up and running. We’ve spent 20+ years figuring it out so you don’t have to. And both are a pretty easy fix if you have the right guidance. Our new business development course - THRIVE - is open for you to begin right away and start gaining the steps towards a sustainable coaching business. And our upcoming January intensive foundation coach training - ESSENTIALS - will get you brushed up on those unused coaching skills in just five weeks. Visit https://lnkd.in/gQ_jtjM9 to start your 2025 the way you had always hoped. . . . #coachingbusiness #coachingtips #coacheshelpingcoaches #businessdevelopment #coachingbusinesssuccess #newcoaches #advancedcoaching

It’s easy to get it caught up in thinking we know our clients so well that we might be intimidated by trying a new tool that might feel a little outside-of-the-box for them, but what if it’s exactly what they needed to shift their perspective and glean new insight? We love this story and reminder from Rod’s own coaching experience. It reminds us as coaches it’s okay to take some risk and get our clients out of their comfort zone. You never know what might land in a way that is even more impactful than you thought! Have you tried this approach? • At InterActualizer, we don’t shy away from teaching you truly innovative and intuitive ways to work with your clients that actually work. Some of our favorites are: Exploring myth and storytelling to help paint an archetypal picture for your client to better identify their challenges and find creative solutions. Engaging the full body such as asking, “what does your heart think about this?” or inviting embodiment practices to help bring the bigger internal conversation online Working with nature by offering your clients the opportunity to engage with the outdoors and natural elements as part of your coaching session to shift perspective. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, we’ve seen it all and tried it all. We’veoften witnessed these lofty promises of fancy tips and tricks for success; however, these “out-of-the-box” or possibly just “out-of-the-normal” ways to help your client explore their full potential have proven time and time again to bring new insights, perspectives and solutions. Even more so, we’ve created our programs to ensure you as a coach experience these tools of transformation for yourself so that you can easily weave them into your coaching sessions from experience. Curious? You can easily start by joining us for our virtual Embodiment in Coaching Workshop on December 7 & 8 or download our free Embodiment in Coaching ebook: https://lnkd.in/evaKcXYE P.S. Don’t forget! If you are one of our previous participants in any of our coach training programs (including HPI), you qualify for a 50% discount.
