Established in 1902, Operating Engineers Local 139 is a statewide trade union representing over 10,000 skilled equipment operators and service technicians in the state of Wisconsin with district offices in Pewaukee, Madison, Appleton and Altoona (near Eau Claire), and a state-certified training school in Coloma.
