Renewable Energy Power Generation

Promotion of use energy from renewable sources in term of energy storages and energy networks stability

About us

ESINERGY - Empowerment of the stakeholders in the implementation of the Directive on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources in term of energy storages and energy networks stability. ESINERGY project aims to solve one of the key issues in modern energy technology, this is to manage the imbalance between the generated power and the load into the electrical network, which is not adequate for the forthcoming needs such as rising consumption, energy demand etc. The project brings together 16 project partners from 12 Danube countries. Duration of the project: 01.01.2024. – 30.06.2026. Project value: around 2 million euros. This project is supported by the Interreg EUROPE program with co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund. • 🤝 The first meeting of the ESINERGY focus group took place on October 22 in Podgorica. Meeting gathered representatives of energy producers and distributors, regulatory bodies, public authorities at national and local level, NGOs and public services providers. Meeting was opportunity to present project objectives as well as pilot activities implemented aimed at peak load reduction and energy efficiency enhancement. Group discussion that followed was focused on investigating the existing initiatives or efforts are already underway to address peak load challenges and identifying national/local needs and opportunities. Discussion was also aimed at identifying the opportunities exist for collaboration or synergy with existing projects or initiatives, sharing the experiences local stakeholders have had with similar energy efficiency or peak load reduction projects as well as specific concerns or expectations from stakeholders regarding the implemented pilot actions. #ESINERGY #EKOFOND #DanubeRegion #Interreg #EUInitiatives

📢 Održan sastanak fokus grupe u okviru projekta ESINERGY 🌍⚡ Eko-fond je u Naučno-tehnološkom parku Crne Gore u Podgorici organizovao sastanak fokus grupe u sklopu projekta ESINERGY. • #ESINERGY Project Specific Objectives 👇 🔹Reducing the peak loads by pilot actions The specific objective aims to make the regions greener and energy independent by introducing the pilot action measures based on the different approaches for reduction of the energy feed-in the electrical network, to reduce peak loads by energy prosumers, maximize the performance of their PV systems, and achieve energy independence on the basis of several included pilots from the various sectors that use renewable energy sources. 🔹Transnational strategy for reduction of peak loads and the correct implementation of the Directive Development of the joint strategy and action plan (Master plan) for better managing and implementation of the approaches for reduction of the energy feed-in and rightful implementation of the Directive based on the pilot actions. 🔹Transferring of the results and policy support activities Improving national, regional and local energy planning for enhanced governance by adoption of the strategy and action plan while transferring the solutions in the new areas. Additionally, the objective is also to propose the solutions based on executed and tested pilot activities that stakeholders and target groups can accept and replicate in their own environments. 👉 More information: http://skr.rs/zG7I #DanubeRegion #Interreg #ESINERGY #EUInitiatives #SpecificObjectives
