🚨 Most victims/survivors of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment are women, but most investigators are not. The Investigator Qualification Training Scheme is changing this. We equip investigators, particularly women and staff based in the global majority, with the skills to conduct gender and culturally representative SEAH investigations. With a survivor-centered focus, IQTS ensures that investigators are trained to prioritize the rights, safety, wellbeing and needs of victims/survivors. 🟡 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 Christine Kamau, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲. ➡️ The next course starts January 22: https://lnkd.in/eNTknfSZ CSOs in the global majority can attend Tier 2 for free.
