Enhancing Growth and Retention: My JCI Experience The Directorate of growth and retention is a directorate in JCIN UI, charged with the responsibility of recruiting new members into the organization and retaining old members by ensuring their activeness in JCI activities. I'm proud to share my recent experience serving in the Directorate of Growth and Retention in Junior Chamber International Nigeria, University of Ibadan. JCIN UNIBADAN As a member of the directorate, I played an active role in recruiting new members into the organization. My responsibilities included: -Managing the WhatsApp group page for intending members -Participating in the content and publicity videos to showcase JCI's mission and values -Effective messaging and outreach to intending members -Marketing the organization to potential members Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in: -Team collaboration -Strategic communication and marketing -Time management and organization -Community Management Exactly 1 week ago, JCIN UI inducted new members into its organization. Congratulations to the newly inducted members 🤩 I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to JCINUI's growth and retention efforts. This experience has not only enhanced my professional skills but also deepened my understanding of the importance of community engagement and leadership. My best part of it all? Volunteering and showing up. Shout out to the directors of Growth and Retention, JCIN UI Adejare Oyebanjo and Abraham Lawal for the constant support, hardwork and innovative ideas they put into this project.
