JATCo is a proactive organisation, which represents its members' interest to government and financial services regulators. It has over 50 member firms, which employ an estimated 4,000 people locally. We collate opinion and inform members about developments within the industry be they technical, regulatory, fiscal or a practical nature. JATCo also works collaboratively with other trade bodies in Jersey on those matters which impact all of us and to address issues at they arise.

A new consultation has been released last Thursday, 21st November, which looks at the new Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), amendments to the existing CRS regulations and administration amendments to these, as well as FATCA.
