Part 1: Ms. Noha is an experienced educational psychologist and inclusion coordinator at an international school. With a deep passion for inclusive education, she has over 15 years of experience in international schools. She specializes in observing and supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that every child has access to a personalized and effective learning experience, particularly in the early years and elementary school. Her work includes designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), providing guidance to teachers on differentiated instruction, and conducting workshops on identifying and addressing learning difficulties. She is always committed to ongoing professional development, including training in Learning Disabilities (LD), ADHD, Applied Behaviour Analysis (introduction to ABA), CAPD, Speech & Language, Autism spectrum, and more. She stays updated on the latest research and best practices in the field. She graduated from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education and completed diplomas in Special Education. With over 30 years of experience—10 years in the corporate world and more than 20 years in education—she has a deep passion for helping others grow and succeed. As a certified life coach with a strong focus on positive psychology and happiness coaching, she empowers individuals to reach their full potential. She currently leads a school in Egypt, where both American and British educational systems are offered to provide students with a diverse learning experience. She also founded Bee Positive, an edutainment hub for parents, teachers, and teenagers. Through coaching sessions, workshops, and fun camping adventures, she helps young people develop important life skills and lead fulfilling lives. Part 2(final): hear more about the German system of education!😍Ms. Aliaa graduated from the German School in Alexandria, Deutsche Schule der Borromäerinnen. She then pursued her Business Magister in Egypt, followed by a Master’s in Political Science in Germany. She lived and worked in Germany for 16 years. After returning to Egypt, she began her career in the education field in German schools across the country, starting in 2011.
