𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 🇺🇸 Lt. Col. Jeffrey Milch, JMC's occupational and environmental physician, recently served a distinguished role in support of his younger brother.🪖 On Nov. 27, Nathaniel Milch was promoted to Captain, and Lt. Col. Milch had the honor of administering the 𝙊𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨, as well as leading the promotion ceremony, which took place inside the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Library & Museum at Forbes Library, in Northampton, Massachusetts, near where the brothers grew up. #SafetyFirst #TrainingMatters The Safety Directorate at JMC’s headquarters recently hosted a three-day 𝘼𝙧𝙢𝙮 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 2.0 training session to a diverse group of safety professionals from different commands located on Rock Island Arsenal. The training, provided by the Combat Readiness Center, out of U.S. Army Fort Novosel, gave in-depth instruction and guidance on ASMIS 2.0, the program of record for safety management. Training on the modules in ASMIS 2.0 included mishaps and near misses, hazards management, and inspections. The program combines all data entered for JMC to provide data analytics on the enterprise’s overall safety program. Coming soon, with the assistance of the JMC headquarters Explosives Safety Team, is a module specifically for Explosives Safety.
