Growing Together Across Borders: A Visit to Germany Last week, the leadership team of LAEPPLE AUTOMOTIVE US had the privilege of visiting our sister plants in Teublitz and Heilbronn, Germany. This visit marked an important step in strengthening our global connection and fostering collaboration across the LÄPPLE Group. The warm hospitality and sense of belonging we experienced truly embody the LÄPPLE culture. It was an inspiring week filled with valuable exchanges, new learnings, and the chance to connect with many colleagues from different teams. 🚀 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗔𝗘𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗨𝗦, 𝗜𝗻𝗰.! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce we will be setting up our new US #headquarters, including our own production facility, in #Detroit. The new plant will be located in the halls of the historically renowned Mount Elliott Tool and Die Factory. Detroit, the origin of the American automotive industry, offers the perfect environment for our future projects with its rich history and excellent infrastructure. Our new location will focus on the production of #spareparts and involves investments in the mid-double-digit million range. By 2029, we plan to create around 200 new jobs. The plant is currently being renovated and modernized, with production set to begin in November. A big thanks to Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, Detroit Regional Partnership and Michigan Economic Development Corporation for their support throughout the process.
