  • The power of email in digital fundraising. Rescue of 31 macaques in Indonesia Email remains a powerful tool in digital fundraising. When planning a fundraising strategy, it cannot be left out, as it allows for direct, personalized, and effective connections with supporters of a cause. In collaboration with World Animal Protection Spain, we made significant progress in the campaign to rescue 31 macaques that suffered abuse due to the tourism industry on the island of Java in Indonesia and were transferred to the Jakarta Animal Aid Network (JAAN) center. In August, we launched a special appeal for this project, achieving a 9% donation rate from total clicks, with nearly 95% of those donations made through email campaigns. One of the keys to success was an email highlighting the urgency of the rescue, generating 27 donations in a single send.   • As part of the alliance between Racing Solidario and Por los Jóvenes Don Bosco, we leveraged the figure of the saint, patron of Racing Club, to develop a communication strategy that used sports culture to amplify the organization’s message. This strategy successfully created a positive impact both within the 'racinguista' community and among the young people who are part of the Salesian work. The campaign was implemented in various stages, including offline actions such as stadium visits by young members of the organization and visits to training centers by club representatives, as well as online actions featuring inspiring testimonies from players and the coach that went viral on social media. We also held a raffle for a Racing jersey signed by the players to attract new leads, which led to a 78% decrease in Cost Per Lead (CPL) compared to previous campaigns.
