🤔 Every new day, every new week and month and year, moves us into the future that God has for His people. We are caught up in the flow of His work in the world. What does the future hold for us? We never fully know. God is at work in ways seen and unseen, bringing all things together for His glory and our eternal good. Today, this day, choose to meditate on His love, let it fill your heart and head until it overflows through you. 📖 Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love. Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.—Ps 48:9, 10 🙏 Prayer: O God, we pause and humble ourselves before Your unfailing love toward humanity. How You have loved us, and how much more You long to reveal Your love to all of us! May our lives reflect the unfailing, life-giving love of Jesus, in whose name we pray, amen. leadlikeJesus.com

🤔 Mary knew about believing the Lord’s promises. For nine months before Jesus’ birth, she trusted God to sort out all of the details surrounding Gabriel’s announcement. She traveled to see Zechariah and Elizabeth, she told Joseph and her parents what the angel had said. She watched how they responded even as she felt the signs of new life take shape within her. With each breath she trusted God, she saw His faithfulness, and she placed her trust in Him. His promises to her proved true. 📖 Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!—Luke 1:45 🙏 Prayer: Lord, may we, like Mary, believe that You will fulfill Your promises to us. As we gaze upon Jesus, may we treasure Your Son and Your Word in our hearts. May we move into the future in faith and see You at work. In the name of Jesus, in whom all of Your promises are true, we pray, amen.

As we approach the end of the year, the time between Christmas and New Year's offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on our leadership journey. It's a chance to pause, evaluate how we’ve led, and consider where adjustments might be needed for growth. Just as Jesus took time to retreat and pray, we, too, can use this season to seek guidance, recalibrate our approach, and set a renewed course for the year ahead. Here are a few practical ways to evaluate and adjust your leadership during the time between Christmas and New Year’s: ➡️ Reflect on Key Decisions: Review major decisions made throughout the year. Were they aligned with your values and the principles Jesus modeled? Consider what worked well and what could have been handled differently. ➡️ Seek Feedback: Reach out to your team, peers, or mentors to gather honest feedback on your leadership style and effectiveness. This humility can help you grow and foster stronger relationships. ➡️ Revisit Goals: Look at the goals you set at the beginning of the year. Did you meet them? If not, what were the barriers, and how can you overcome them in the coming year? ➡️ Reconnect with Purpose: Take time in prayer and reflection to realign your leadership with God’s purpose. Ask Him to reveal areas where you can improve and give you wisdom for the year ahead. ➡️ Celebrate Growth: Recognize areas where you’ve grown or where your team has thrived. Thank God for His faithfulness and the lessons learned. ➡️ Plan for Renewal: Consider practical ways to avoid burnout in the coming year. Schedule regular moments for rest and solitude, just as Jesus modeled. ➡️ Empower Others: Think about how you can better support and mentor those you lead. Are there opportunities to delegate, develop talents, or encourage growth in others? By intentionally reflecting during this time, you can enter the New Year refreshed and ready to lead like Jesus—with clarity, purpose, and grace. Biblical DISC can help you better understand your unique leadership style and how to communicate, collaborate, and empower others effectively. This will enable you to align your actions with biblical principles and achieve your leadership goals in the year ahead. Get your DISC Today! -> https://lnkd.in/e5P_ceRg

🎄 This Christmas and Every Day: Lead with Radical Love 🎄 The Christmas season is filled with lights, gifts, and festive traditions, but it’s more than that—it’s about radical love. The kind of love Jesus gave us: unconditional, selfless, and compassionate. ❤️ Let’s remember that giving isn’t about materialism or obligation. It’s about honoring Jesus, the ultimate gift, by serving others with love and generosity. Radical love means choosing to: ✨ Help those in need without expecting anything in return. ✨ Prioritize others, even when it’s hard. ✨ Be the light that inspires hope and joy in others. Every day is an opportunity to lead like Jesus—not just this season, but always. Let’s embrace His example and share His love with the world. 🌟 #LeadLikeJesus #RadicalLove #SeasonOfGiving #BeTheLight Vsit our blog -> https://ow.ly/SOlr50Uvper

🎄 Lead Like Jesus—Not Just This Christmas, But Every Day 🎄 Christmas reminds us of Jesus' incredible humility, love, and servant heart. But His example of leadership isn't just for a season—it's for every day. 🌟 Jesus led by lifting others, serving selflessly, and showing compassion without limits. Imagine how our homes, workplaces, and communities would change if we lived and led like Him every day of the year. ✨ “Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.” (Mark 9:35) This was not just a Christmas message—it was His way of life. ➡️ This Christmas, let's start a journey of leading like Jesus every day. As we share the joy of the Lord this Christmas season, it is important to also share our gratitude for your support of the Lead Like Jesus ministries that have touched hundreds of thousands across the country and around the world. A special story of how your support has transformed lives through a Lead Like Jesus experience is the testimony of Otis and how Lead Like Jesus helped him overcome rage: Otis was consumed by anger and rage over the senseless murder of his brother. He openly admits he wanted to kill the man that took his brother’s life. After attending a Lead Like Jesus Encounter, Otis’ heart was truly transformed. He continued to grow through his Lead Like Jesus trainings, even to the point of becoming a pastor of his own church. More importantly, Otis was delivered from the weight of his rage and anger, and even came to the point of forgiving the man at the center of his rage. Two lives were changed through an embrace and the words “I forgive you.” Watch his story -> https://lnkd.in/eMJPB4B7 Please help us reach our goal of raising $200,000 this holiday season to support translation projects, college curriculum development, international ministry and provide Lead Like Jesus trainings and programs for churches and organizations that may not be able to afford the full cost. Your support transforms lives. Donate here -> https://lnkd.in/eSFMdZBe

Life can be full of challenges—loss, pain, unanswered questions. “Why me?” is often on our lips. But don’t waste the suffering. Trials build character, resilience, and, most importantly, faith. Even when we can’t see it, God is working for our good. Faith is trusting Him in the storm, knowing He is near. Paul the Apostle reminds us: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9). Our pain is never wasted—it equips us to encourage others. Keep the faith. Trust that this season will pass. God loves you unconditionally. Comment “Amen” if you believe! 🙏✨ #KeepTheFaith #GodIsGood Visit our blog: https://ow.ly/gHVa50UuG0v

👣 Whose footsteps are you leaving behind? In the carol “Good King Wenceslas,” the king trudges through a snowy storm, leaving clear steps for his frightened page to follow. By walking in his master’s footprints, the page finds confidence, warmth, and safety. 💭 As leaders in our families, workplaces, and churches: - Are we leaving clear, confident footsteps for others to follow? - Are we providing encouragement and direction to those walking behind us? - Do we guide others with purpose, ensuring no one is left behind? But even leaders need a path to follow. ✝️ Jesus promises: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). Walking in His footsteps gives us confidence, courage, and clarity. Led by His Spirit, we walk in truth and love (Ephesians 5:2). 👣 Stay close to the Savior who leads the way. His guidance never fails. Visit our blog -> https://lnkd.in/eSjQiWuV
