Throughout the course of our work in the #farmstress and #farmerwellbeing space, I’ve been reminded numerous times that “we measure what matters.” However, to this point, we’ve been very limited in ways to truly “measure” the unique stressors of our farm life and their impact on our farm families and communities. And we know that our industry and its members matter. People like Marshal's dad mattered. You and your families matter. We are proud of this unique partnership opportunity with Florida Farm Bureau Federation, UF/IFAS Center for Leadership, and various other industry leaders to bring the Mind Your Melon Farmer Wellbeing Study to the Florida agriculture industry. If you and your family live and work in our state’s agriculture and natural resources industry, We humbly ask that you take the survey and encourage others to participate, as well. Survey Link: bit.ly/MindYourMelonSurvey It’s an uncomfortable topic. It won’t be a quick survey (expect to spend about 15 minutes). But the results will be valuable.
