The MLB Players STEM League program has officially entered Japan! Last week, alongside our partners at the Players Trust and educators across Tokyo and Nagoya, we laid the foundation for a groundbreaking extension to the Learn Fresh community. The 2025 pilot program will culminate in a student tournament in Tokyo, hosted alongside the Major League Baseball Players Association and Opening Series games in March, featuring the Dodgers and Cubs. As we look ahead to 2026, we already see opportunities to begin development of a national program across the country and will introduce opportunities for cultural exchange, bringing students from Japan to the MLB Players STEM League Global Championship each year.
