Sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay. When we launched our 44% Rice Water Brightening Serum Pads, we didn’t expect a hiccup in the process. But a packaging error happened, and instead of what we envisioned, the entire ingredient list was printed right on the front. It wasn’t something that is ideal. It wasn’t what we imagined. In most cases, the whole batch would have been scrapped, but here’s the thing — that’s not how we do things at Hyphen. And thanks to our founders - Tarun, Vaishali, Saurabh, Mohit, Vikas, and Kriti who taught us how to handle this situation - that is with honesty and transparency. Instead of hiding it, we chose to be transparent with you. We took the mess-up head-on, showed you exactly what went wrong, and why we’re still proud of what’s inside. All of it was a moment for us to show you what we stand for: high-performance skincare that’s all about authenticity, no matter what. Did it hurt the launch? Nope. In fact, it made the entire experience feel more real. Mistakes happen — but the way you handle them? That’s what really matters. So, here’s to embracing the imperfections and keeping it real 💛
