With support from 42 companies and some heroic individuals, we supported 14 of our nonprofit partners by collecting 1,900 toys for Boston-area children (even more than when we made this video!). We far surpassed our goal and are beyond grateful for our #NetworkofGood who made it possible for so many children and families to receive gifts this holiday season. Thank you for your tremendous holiday spirit this year!

Just in the nick of time, our friends at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. came through with extra toy donations this holiday season! #HolidayHelpers

2024 was another year of impact for Life Science Cares. Project Onramp continues to grow across the country, our work expanded internationally via Life Science Cares Switzerland, and we are beginning to lean in to health equity both nationally and locally in our hub cities. In the last episode of #MovingForwardGivingBack for the year, CEO Sarah MacDonald sat down with LSC founder and chairman Rob Perez to reflect on these successes and also look to the year ahead (while making some resolutions along the way!). We're looking for a few corporate partners who can host an urgent clothing and winter gear drive to benefit our nonprofit partner, HEALTHY WALTHAM. They need coats, socks, mittens, gloves, hats, handwarmers, and more. Healthy Waltham is also able to pick up donations. Please reach out to blake@lifesciencecares.org if you are able to help. Healthy Waltham works to alleviate health disparities that exist in the City of Waltham and to improve the health outcomes of the city’s most vulnerable residents. Waltham is home to a high population of working poor, many of whom are service workers, low-income seniors, and recent immigrants from Central and South America, Uganda, and Haiti. The majority of Waltham Public School students qualify for free or reduced-cost lunches. The winter gear drive will benefit all of Healthy Waltham's population.
