The celebration featured local food trucks, games, and music, highlighting our commitment to creating vibrant, sustainable communities. 🏡 Santa Clara II Apartments provides 204 units for residents earning 30-60% of the area median income in Miami-Dade County. LAC has enhanced both interior and exterior spaces, added sustainable building systems, and introduced resident amenities including a dog park, community garden, and fitness center. 📢 NEWS: Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is proud to announce a collaboration with Sowing Empowerment & Economic Development, Inc. and Refreshing Spring COGIC to develop Headen Spring, a transformative, multi-generational, mixed-income community in Riverdale, Maryland. 🏘️ This project will create new, high-quality, transit-oriented, affordable housing for Prince George’s County families and seniors earning up to 60% of the area median income. Headen Spring will prominently feature the Jordan Center, a new community building that will host childcare, recreation, and nonprofit co-working spaces, and a fully accessible outdoor Art Walk promoting community, health, education, and empowerment for local families. 🤝 This partnership aligns with Prince George’s County’s economic goals of increasing high-quality affordable housing and expanding transit-oriented developments. 📢 Lincoln Avenue Communities proudly continues its partnership with the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum by recently sponsoring an exciting field trip for Arlington-area children to the All-Star Village during Major League Baseball's All-Star Week.   ⚾ This field trip is part of LAC's ongoing efforts with the Baseball Hall of Fame to support youth education and development initiatives nationwide. Twenty young residents from Paddock on Park Row, an affordable housing community owned by LAC, had the unique opportunity to attend this interactive event at Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, TX. They explored baseball history and engaged in various games and clinics with former MLB players and MLB youth ambassadors.   🤝 Since 2021, LAC has partnered with the Baseball Hall of Fame to establish an educational afterschool program at our properties that teaches core-curriculum subjects through the lens of baseball, utilizing the Baseball Hall of Fame's award-winning curriculum. Thank you to our dedicated LAC team members who helped bring this program to life: Thom Amdur and Emma Schumaker. 📢 NEWS: Lincoln Avenue Communities is thrilled to break ground on The View and The Victoria at Huxley Yards in Madison, WI, marking the largest ground-up affordable housing development ever in Wisconsin! This monumental project represents a significant milestone for LAC and the communities in Madison, symbolizing growth and a brighter future for all residents.   👷♂️ Construction is set to finish in Spring 2026. Upon completion, The View and The Victoria will provide a total of 553 affordable housing units for Madison residents earning 50%, 60%, and 70% of the Area Median Income. The View will offer 303 units for families and individuals, while The Victoria will provide 250 units for seniors. Both properties will be Wisconsin Green Built Home certified and feature rooftop solar systems. Amenities include a pool, community classroom, senior center, fitness centers, playgrounds, rooftop courtyards, a fenced dog run, and a future 15-acre City park.
