⭐️ Not all heroes wear capes! ⭐️ Our team is passionate about serving our customers, but Senior Account Manager Steve Poltl recently went the extra mile (and then some) when he realized his customer was in physical distress and arranged for emergency services to help her from 2,300 miles away. In 14 years at loanDepot he’d never had a day quite like that, but his astute focus on the customer and calm demeanor saved the day. He said that for him, it really underscored “the need to listen” to others. For her part, the customer called from the ER to thank him for his help.
