As #PrideMonth comes to an end, we are reflecting on the events our Cooper PRIDE Employee Resource Team hosted this month that created space to honor, recognize and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. From an amazing panel featuring members of Mr. Cooper’s LGBTQ+ community, their allies and Leslie M., Transgender Education and Advocacy Associate from the Resource Center to an amazing volunteer event at the Resource Center, Cooper PRIDE facilitated meaningful discussions on the importance of unity and allyship within the LGBTQ+ community and how we can make a difference. While #PrideMonth may be ending, the impact of these events will continue on in the months to come and continue making space for our LGBTQ+ community to bring their full, authentic selves to work. #WeAreMrCooper #CooperPride #PrideMonth

It's always a good day when we get to partner with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas! ✔Another successful volunteer day in the books.
We had a blast teaming up with our dedicated Mr. Cooper volunteer partners at this month's digital backpack assembly, working together to make magic happen as part of our Digital Bridges program and partnership with the CARDBoard Project. Volunteers assembled hundreds of digital backpacks, ready to be gifted to students participating in our free digital skills classes—which equips adults and families with meaningful financial, workforce development, resume building and computer skills. These backpacks are stuffed with educational resources designed to help our neighbors thrive in life. A huge thank you to Mr. Cooper and its phenomenal employees and leaders. You all never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and dive in, supporting and championing the #LiveUnitedNTX movement with unwavering enthusiasm. To celebrate and honor #Juneteenth, Mr. Cooper team members in the Dallas/Fort Worth area gathered for our inaugural Juneteenth Opal’s Walk for Freedom to honor Ms. Opal Lee and support her continued mission to educate the country on the importance of understanding that freedom is for everyone. Team members walked 2.5 miles to represent the 2.5 years it took for the news and enforcement of freedom to reach the enslaved people in Texas. #WeAreMrCooper #Juneteenth #WalkForFreedom
