About us
LoveJustice provides a virtual home for the social justice community. Its resources, tools, and networking capabilities are available free to all who work to counter the terrible human cost of injustice and deal with its root causes. LoveJustice is a grassroots, people-oriented 501(c)(3) non-profit whose staff, volunteers, donors, and site members are unified under a broad pledge of care and mutual respect. LoveJustice is non-partisan and focused on a broad array of social justice causes, rather than a single issue. In lieu of engaging in direct action in a particular community, LoveJustice endeavors to equip, support, and unite the efforts of all people who strive for a more just and fair society locally, nationally, and worldwide. With resources to support a broad range of social justice causes and battleground cities across the United States, LoveJustice enables the public and its members to engage both in their own communities and in the wider world. The LoveJustice community portal delivers curated news, calendars of volunteer events, blogs from important social justice voices, and volunteer opportunities to participate, organize, and take action. The LoveJustice portal also allows for pass-through donations to be made to thoroughly researched and financially transparent charities in each cause area. These tools, and all of the resources LoveJustice provides, are designed to both amplify awareness and raise the impact of users who are focused on changes that will make a better world. This weekend our PR & Media Director had the honor of attending the #MeetTheChefs benefit dinner hosted by Hunger Busters in Dallas! She ate meals prepared by Chef RJ (Chef to Dallas Cowboys Legend Michael Irvin), Chef Hoppie (Chef to Dallas Cowboys Players Dak Prescott, CeCe Lamb, and Ezekiel Elliot), Chef Derricka, and other amazing local chefs. #MeetTheChefs is a benefit event featuring #CelebrityChefs from Food Network in support of #HungerBusters. The #LoveJusticeTeam is on a mission to connect local volunteers and supporters with local nonprofits that are making an impact in the #socialjustice space.
