The Detroit Economic Club student programs create incredible opportunities for students to connect with local and national leaders, engage in meaningful conversations, and explore what’s possible for their future. On behalf of the Qualigence International Group of Companies, we were proud to sponsor a group from Lake Orion High School for this experience. Watching these students participate and learn was a powerful reminder of the importance of investing in the next generation. Todays guest of honor was Adriana Kugler of the Federal Reserve Board. She shared her impactful personal story during the student reception to encourage the youth for their journey ahead. Steve Lowisz and Leah Nauseda were honored to represent Lowisz Leadership Institute and Qualigence International and support such a program. Great job moderating Jason Tinsley. Thank you to the DEC for continuing to offer opportunity. #TheEconClub #DetroitEconomicClub #FutureLeaders Recruitment Education Institute Qualigence International Qualigence Staffing Services Lowisz Leadership Institute Talent Matrix LLC Photo credit to Jeff Kowalsky.

Don’t fear the tough conversations; they’re where the magic happens. #GuideDontDrive #Leadership #GrowthMindset #HealthyConflict #TeamCulture

Before you watch the video, here’s something to consider: Why do so many leaders struggle to ask for help? In this conversation, Steve Lowisz and Scott Monty discuss the pressure leaders face to always have the answers. They highlight how those willing to be vulnerable and seek help are often the most successful, while those who remain defensive and think they know it all tend to struggle. #Leadership #Vulnerability #AskingForHelp #SuccessMindset #LeadershipLive

LEADERS, STOP SOLVING EVERYONES PROBLEMS. START TEACHING YOUR TEAM HOW TO SOLVE THEM! Too many leaders fall into the same trap: solving problems for their team. It’s faster, easier, and feels like you’re helping. But in reality, this approach creates dependency - and a team that can’t function without you. That’s not leadership. It’s micromanagement disguised as helping. Real leaders guide their teams to think critically and solve problems independently. And that starts with asking the right questions. I’m inviting you to take our free micro-course on the Baker’s Dozen Questions - 13 powerful, practical questions designed to teach your team how to overcome challenges, make better decisions, and take ownership of their work. Here’s what you’ll get: • A proven framework to guide problem-solving conversations. • 13 practical questions you can start using immediately. • Greater team independence so you can focus on leading, not micromanaging. The course is free and can be taken online or through our Lowisz Leadership app, available on the App Store and Google Play. 👉 Sign up for the free course now and download the app today to transform how you lead. Stop solving problems for your team. Start guiding them to solve their own! Link to get the free course online is in the first comment. Or search “Lowisz Leadership” in the App Store or Googe Play and take the course online you mobile device! #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #problemsolving #ceo #entrepreneur #friday #leaders #MicroLearning #guidedontdrive #lli Leah Nauseda Jennifer Reisig Lowisz Leadership Institute Grant Hubbard Devin Jaroslawski Kirk Kameg Bill Brewington Stephanie Namou Jason Bartek Janelle Osborne
