    This week, I started my keynote at a conference in Malmö with a photo of Jan Boklöv. Why? Because he dared to think differently.   Boklöv, a Swedish ski jumper well-known (at least to those over 40 👴🏻), revolutionized the sport in the late 1980s. He introduced the V-style, which judges initially dismissed as wrong, as the parallel style was the norm. But Boklöv saw the potential. The V-style proved so effective it became the global standard, transforming ski jumping forever.   At Spenn, we believe a common loyalty currency will simplify earning and spending of points. Although unconventional, we are confident it can set a new standard in loyalty programs 🚀

With over 8 years of experience in financial management and business performance, Jeanette has a proven track record of driving results. Since joining Spenn in March 2024, she has been instrumental in refining financial processes and delivering strategic insights to support the company’s growth. Before Spenn, Jeanette was a Business Controller at Norwegian, acting as a business partner to the Commercial departments. She was responsible for financial analysis and enhancing processes in a dynamic environment. "I’m focused on turning financial data into actionable insights that drive business growth," says Jeanette. With a wealth of experience managing high-profile projects at BRUNCH Oslo and We Are Live, Andrea joined Spenn in February 2024. In her current role, she collaborates closely with key partners to plan, execute, and optimize loyalty campaigns, ensuring they align with both partner goals and Spenn’s engagement strategies. Andrea will ensure successful delivery of campaigns that seamlessly move from concept to completion (prior to going on maternity leave and handing over to her temporary substitute). “I’m passionate about creating campaigns that not only perform but also strengthen the relationship between our partners and their customers,” she shares. Magdalena is passionate about building meaningful connections that drive engagement and deliver impactful results, to ensure brand loyalty. As she puts it: “I believe that effective communication is the key to building lasting relationships with customers.
