LRK was honored to be a part of Bisnow's Philadelphia Affordable Housing Summit! We were excited to show off The Tower at Henry and offer insight into how transformational this inclusive housing project will be!
NewCourtland was honored to host Bisnow's Philadelphia Affordable Housing Summit. We extend our gratitude to Dr. Kelvin A. Jeremiah, Mo Rushdy, Ori Feibush, Kristina Vagen, John Mondlak, and moderator Anne Fadullon for their invaluable contributions to the development and preservation of more equitable housing. The summit also provided an excellent opportunity for the team behind NewCourtland's first inclusive housing project, The Tower at Henry Avenue. Joe Duffey, the CEO and President of NewCourtland, was excited to share the stage with Eli Storch, AIA, Dyann Roth, William Bostic, Aaron Smith, and moderator Anne Fadullon to discuss their vision and efforts for this project. We also want to thank everyone who networked with our team and got a preview of what NewCourtland is all about.

✨Enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful design. It's hard to stand out when you’re surrounded by world-class offerings, and then Evermore Orlando Resort came along. Located adjacent to Walt Disney World and less than 10 miles from Universal Orlando Resort, the Evermore Orlando Resort opened earlier this year as a 1,100-acre comprehensive redevelopment of the Villas of Grand Cypress landmark property and legacy golf course. Uniquely designed for big families and gatherings, Evermore offers flats, villas, and houses that have up to 11 bedrooms and the luxurious 4-star Conrad Orlando hotel along with 12 food and beverage outlets, a 36-hole golf course and a beach-lined lagoon that spans more than six football fields in size. Cooper Carry provided wayfinding and signage design that included developing signature memorable moments throughout the resort property.
