We spent 12 months creating meaningful change in the lives of thousands of parent leaders. Every milestone we’ve hit this year has been fueled by your trust, your partnership, and your belief in our mission; human-centric leadership. As we reflect on this incredible year, we want to say thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we’ve accomplished so much—and we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store. In honor of National Working Parents Day, this Fall LUMO, co-sponsored a workshop with Bobbie entitled "Setting Healthy Boundaries for Voting Parents" in support of the Chamber of Mothers Vote Like a Mother campaign empowering mothers (parents, caregivers, etc.) to vote their values in the election. Well . . . We had to get creative with this one. LUMO actually has 22 coaches, with every single one helping build an inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment. From podcasts to panels, conferences and community events, and of course thousands of lives impacted, this year has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. The three conferences for the LUMO gang in 2024 . . . In March Sarah Bernier Olin, PCC & Elena Arecco Bridgmon, MBA, PCC tried their luck in Vegas at the Transform Conference and got to hang with friends of LUMO Sarah Hardy and Orli Cotel and made new friends too! Angela Hsieh, we’re looking at you! This Fall, Sarah joined the fantastic team at Parento for a panel led by the lovely Abigail Kidd, MBA and supported by the talented Anne Welsh, PhD, PMH-C, RPLC, ACC and Michelle Yu for the Parental Leave Summit conference. Sarah also took the stage at BrainTrust Live in Nashville for 300 wonderful women leaders talking on the theme of support. We love a conference here at LUMO and can’t wait to see what 2025 brings!
