Marlin Equity Partners is pleased to announce that it has acquired Aer Compliance ("Aer"), a provider of cryptocurrency compliance software.   Aer simplifies digital asset compliance by automating pre-trade clearance, post-trade monitoring, and streamlining employee conflicts of interest management. Aer will be merged with StarCompliance (“Star”), an existing Marlin portfolio company, positioning Star’s clients to monitor and mitigate risk more holistically by bringing traditional securities trading, and now digital assets, into one comprehensive solution. 

Marlin Equity-backed Puzzel is pleased to announce that it has acquired Capturi, a conversational analytics platform specializing in AI-driven insights for customer interactions. This follows Puzzel’s recent acquisition of SupWiz, a leading, enterprise-grade, omnichannel conversational AI platform.   Both acquisitions further enhance Puzzel’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Experience (CX) solutions through advanced AI technologies.

Marlin Equity hosted its first Women in Leadership conference, Rise and Thrive, this week. We welcomed 50 incredibly talented professionals across the Marlin Equity Partners portfolio to share experiences, learn from each other, and build a community of like-minded professionals.   Ana Clara Sabbag from Marlin Equity took the stage to kick-start the event setting the goal for the day: to reflect, to learn, to connect. The agenda that followed focused first on oneself, capabilities, and career challenges, and then on harnessing the power of relationships, with the afternoon being taken over by a leadership masterclass. Our partners that were invaluable to us include:   Caroline Lo, Josefin Holmberg, Sam Molina, and David Winch from True Search sponsored the event and put together an insightful career discussion where they presented key topics, including capability versus track record and trends in the SaaS Market and invited some of our talented leaders Donna Torres and Sonia Boudier to take the stage for a lively career panel.   Rachel Robinson from Napoleon Consulting Ltd followed with an energetic and engaging session on harnessing the power of relationships where group discussions shed light on relevant dynamics in relationship building. The morning ended with homework to continue building the community in the form of an exercise of give and take.   The keynote guest of the afternoon was impressive London Business School professor Herminia Ibarra who ran a masterclass on acting like a leader and thinking like a leader where she covered the three main pillars of her thesis: redefining your job, expanding your network and stretching beyond your “natural” leadership style.   The day concluded with a fun evening of playing darts. Congratulations Rebecca Keating on being the best dart player!   A big thank you to our leaders and partners for setting the bar high for future events!
