MasterBorn was almost a master fail. Our first client nearly cost me the company. Our developers didn’t understand what the client wanted to build. To be honest, the client didn’t understand what they wanted to build either. After this near miss, I thought, “I need to find a better way to build.” But I actually needed a way to determine, “To build or not to build?” PhaseZero answers that question. It answers it for us (MasterBorn) and the entrepreneur. PhaseZero is our 8-week, high intensity process used to vet and refine ideas. It’s all about calculating risk. During PhaseZero, we determine: ❌Is the problem worth solving? 💵Can solving this problem generate revenue? 💾 Is software the right solution? 💰How much will it cost? ⏰How long will it take to build?
