We are a fast-growing, integrated green energy company proudly rooted in South Africa, committed to multiplying our impact in the development, investment, construction, and operation of clean energy projects. Our team has played a pivotal role in developing approximately 3 GW of renewable energy projects in Southern Africa, bringing exceptional expertise in project development, fundraising, and energy operations. ViGo can add significant value to projects primarily based on its existing technical and strategic competencies. Additionally, we assist projects in complying with Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) legislation ("B-BBEE Codes"), particularly in enhancing both Black and Black Women Ownership scores. This positions us as a true, comprehensively value-adding partner, not limited to transformation objectives alone. ViGo Energy Group, played a pivotal role as a shareholder in the Oya Hybrid Project (335 MW installed and 128 MW contracted capacity), a significant component of the Risk Mitigation IPP Programme (RMIPPP), which is currently under construction. This milestone underscores our capability to invest and serve as a reliable technical partner in transformative energy projects.
