Marcone - Deploying DoorDash to offer same day delivery of parts for repairs. FordDirect - "The Shop" warranty processing platform streamlines the customer experience for dealers, and ultimately, for end customers. Guard Home Warranty – Created a program where the homeowner gets to select their own contractor.
