About us
International Meeting Managers celebrates thirty-eight years in 2024! We are a full-service meeting, events, association management, and consulting firm based in Houston and working all over. We work with clients of all kinds - including corporate and nonprofit - on all types and sizes of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. For associations, we also provide management services ranging from full operations to supporting a-la-carte needs like events, membership or marketing. Most importantly, we take great pride in providing outstanding customer service and being enjoyable to work with. Some of our specialties include sourcing and contract negotiation; event design; event production; strategic planning; program development; fundraising events; creative solutions; personal service; and making the work and the process with us FUN!
