🌟 Exciting News from Meracle! 🌟 We’re proud to announce a major milestone in our mission to improve respiratory health: Meracle, in partnership with our Market Authorization Holder Micron, Inc, has completed the regulatory filing with Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA)! This filing represents a critical step toward bringing the Whizz, an intelligent spacer that guides patients in real time, helping them inhale their medication correctly and consistently, to patients across Japan. By leveraging Micron's local expertise, we’re moving closer to empowering individuals with innovative tools for better health management and providing clinicians with valuable insights to enhance patient outcomes. The Whizz will be exhibited at the 34th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Respiratory Care and Rehabilitation to be held from November 15th (Friday) to 16th (Saturday), 2024. "Asthma treatment is not just about medications" Global Initiative for Asthma Non-pharmacological strategies include address common problems such as inhaler technique and adherence. Meracle supports patients by providing them with the tools to improve inhaler technique and adherence, to achieve better asthma control.

Meracle is grateful to the A*StartCentral and Cedars-Sinai Technology Ventures teams for organizing these insightful sessions, helping us gain in depth understanding of the US healthcare system!

Analogous to a car slowing down to navigate around a tight bend on the road, kids with #asthma should inhale their medication slowly so that more of it reaches the lungs rather than being deposited at the back of the throat. However, unlike cars, these kids do not have a speedometer to help them gauge and adjust. This is why we developed the Whizz. 📷 This road sign along Sleeper Ave, Mountain View reflects this perfectly. Meracle was at Fogarty Innovation for a three week, deep dive into our technology, company and commercialization plans as part of the Singapore Biodesign’s Bolt Initiative. We are grateful to the Fogarty Innovation team for helping us refine our strategy, identify our blind spots and challenge our assumptions, and to Singapore Biodesign for this opportunity! 🌏 Today is World Asthma Day, when we promote awareness and improve care for asthma patients globally. It was a privilege to share the Whizz with 2nd Minister for Trade and Industry Tan See Leng and how we seek to help kids with asthma reduce exacerbation by ensuring they inhale their medication correctly and consistently.
