We’re excited to share IFF (CDFI)’s groundbreaking of the MoTown Square Affordable Assisted Senior Living Community in Grand Rapids! This project will create 54 one-bedroom apartments for older adults needing daily living support. IFF is financing this through the Michigan Affordable Housing Loan Program (MAHLP), a revolving fund supporting #affordablehousing in West Michigan.
