Angela Lorts MD MBA at Cincinnati Children's spoke on Clinical Trials: Infrastructure and Implementation, putting the focus and attention on Pediatrics. Cynthia Gerhardt, PhD at Nationwide Children's Hospital discussed health equity, the importance of equal representation in clinical trials, and the creation of a diverse scientific environment within Pediatric Research. Kelly Kelleher at Nationwide Children's Hospital presented Real World Data, where to find real-world evidence and its impact on Pediatric Devices

Fabulous day spent learning about the year one accomplishments and aspirations of the Midwest Pediatric Device Consortium! Micah Dean discussed Cincinnati Children's open innovation investment strategy. Angela Lorts MD MBA talked about how we can get to a place where every child that needs a medical device can get one.
