The good news: We made our FIRST OFFICIAL SALE of Momentum's new AI platform for #chambersofcommerce. The bad news: In this digital age, you can't post your "first dollar" on the wall anymore! 🤣 SPECIAL THANKS to Gina Suydam, IOM and the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce for being the FIRST to come on-board. We have some other chambers in our pipeline, but Gina and WYCCC are the first ones in, and ready-to-launch. Super exciting! So, what did WYCCC get themselves? It's no easy challenge for a chamber - or any membership association - to get information from their members on what their actual needs are. Chambers want to help their members... But, they can BEST help them if they know what they need. Here's how we accomplish it: - Momentum AI gathers information from association members on their growth plans, their referral needs, and what they're looking to accomplish when they join. - We use that input - along with the chamber's specific programs and initiatives and our proprietary algorithm, that we refer to as "the Momentum way of doing business" - to create a customized, personalized, AI-generated strategy for each of these members. - Members having that kind of personalized attention, and their chambers knowing more about how to best service them, puts them onto a much stronger path to engagement, investment and renewal. We all know that small businesses, especially first-year members, are the most vulnerable for non-renewal. Imagine being the chamber that delivers each and every new member a strategy to make the most of their membership... A gameplan for a stronger relationship. If you gave me one hour of your time, and I returned to you back savings of FIVE hours a month, would that be worth it to you? In truth, that's diminishing the value of understanding how AI can help grow your business or organization... But it's a place to start. Me? Why do we make our monthly 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 (like the one coming up on Jan. 14) free? Because AI is the most game-changing technology for chambers of commerce and business associations in our generation. Every chamber we talk to around the country, no matter the size, feels that they could use more resources to get the job done they need to get done. AI is your ticket to being able to do more with less. People on staff have realized that using it for copywriting can save a boatload of time One chamber I work with, one staff member wholly embraced AI after sitting in one of our trainings, and was doing some cool things - personally and for the chamber. That person just got a new job. That knowledge and enthusiasm has moved on, unfortunately. How do we not let that happen?
