Shaping the way our world moves™
About us
We work on some of the world’s most exciting technical projects, creating products that challenge the limits of what’s possible, from cutting-edge medical technology to space vehicles. Our formula includes one simple, surprising low-tech element that makes us stand out from everyone else: Trust. We trust each other to work hard and do the right thing. We give people credit for their ideas. We take pride in sticking with a problem until it’s solved. We value you for who you are as much as what you can do. We enjoy what we do. And you can do it, too.

The devastating wildfires in Los Angeles continue to impact countless lives, including many in our Moog family. Over 800 employees from our Torrance and Chatsworth sites live in the area. Our hearts go out to all the affected families, and we stand in solidarity with the brave firefighters and volunteers on the front lines. To aid in relief and recovery efforts, Moog is donating $100,000 to be shared between the American Red Cross and World Central Kitchen. These organizations are providing critical aid to those in need – offering shelter, food, and hot meals to evacuees, first responders, and impacted families. We are also offering a special matching opportunity for our US employees through our employee giving program. Together, we'll help our community rebuild.
