It’s a commitment we’ve made to our patients and communities we serve at our four central Ohio hospitals — Mount Carmel East, Mount Carmel Grove City, Mount Carmel St. Ann’s and Mount Carmel New Albany. An integrated health system, Mount Carmel also offers a free-standing emergency care centers, surgery centers, outpatient facilities, physician offices and community outreach services.   • Mount Carmel Health System is proud to welcome Dr. Nathan Davis as the Neurosurgery Medical Director, specializing in all aspects of spine surgery as well as neurotrauma. He joins the board-certified physicians and highly skilled staff at Mount Carmel to provide comprehensive care in the treatment of disorders affecting the brain, spine and peripheral nerves. Dr. Davis graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in physiology, earning early entrance into medical school through their Medical Scholars program. He completed his medical degree with honors from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH. Dr. Davis completed his neurological surgery residency as well as a fellowship in Neurocritical care at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Davis is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. His clinical and professional interests include general neurosurgery, complex spinal conditions, neurotrauma/critical care, and medical education. He maintains strong regional ties and is committed to enhancing the overall health and well-being of his patients through outreach to Ohio's rural communities.
