Address: 1303 Jack Ct, Bartlett, IL MWI navigated through challenging economic conditions to successfully to develop one of the last large remaining sites located in the Brewster Creek Business Park. This 400,122 SF spec building was sold to RIM Logistics which now serves as their new global HQ. Our new facility is going to be bigger and better at 400,112 square feet and will have many other added bonuses, such as the following features: ⭐ A built-to-suit warehouse and office environment. ⭐ A secured yard with 200 trailer spaces. ⭐ State-of-the-art technology in all aspects of the facility. ⭐ Ceilings that are 36' high throughout. ⭐ A total of 80 (40-40) cross-dock doors. ⭐ A LEED-certified facility. The buildout of this new facility will be taking place throughout the remainder of 2024, with doors opening in January 2025. Both the new and old facilities will be running simultaneously while we transition, so there will be no disruption in service.
