About us
INJAZ’ incubator, mySTARTUP, supports promising entrepreneurs and their start-ups who are keen to pursue entrepreneurship and to launch their businesses and social enterprises. mySTARTUP provides a wide range of business development services to its members and empowers them to build, launch and grow sustainable businesses, giving special attention to female entrepreneurs and women-led start-ups, green startups and social enterprises, through providing an enabling environment that encourages responsible and effective entrepreneurship. Our Mission The overall objective of mySTARTUP is to advance the entrepreneurship ecosystem by empowering youth and women entrepreneurs towards launching their scalable and socially responsible startups that will drive job creation and economic development. How Do We Operate? mySTARTUP focuses on embedding the best practices needed within its services to establish an entrepreneurial mindset within the core of all youth and women in Jordan. Specifically, mySTARTUP builds on INJAZ’ resources, expertise and network by creating and offering business development and community outreach services as well as collaboration and partnerships opportunities to enable start-ups to become a driving force towards the enhancement and equal participation of youth and women in the economic development of Jordan. Furthermore, mySTARTUP plays a major role through advocacy for contributing to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jordan. Who Do We Target? To guarantee the effectiveness of such methodology, mySTARTUP operates on full inclusivity of entrepreneurs across all geographical areas in Jordan with a focus on women-led businesses, social enterprises and green initiatives, assuring sector agnosticism and a holistic overview of Jordan’s economic growth potential through the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The graduation ceremony of the 12th cohort of the Lazord Fellowship Program (2023-2024) celebrated the achievements of 11 fellows who successfully completed the program after a year of participation. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the host organizations and institutions, mentors, trainers, and the graduates’ families, all sharing in moments filled with pride and joy. تخريج الفوج الثاني عشر لزملاء برنامج لازورد لعام 2023-2024، حيث تخرج 11 زميلًا وزميلة بعد عام من دخولهم للبرنامج. وشهد التخريج حضور من ممثلي المنظمات والمؤسسات المستضيفة للزملاء والمرشدين والمدربين، إلى جانب أسر الخريجين الذين شاركوا في هذه اللحظات المليئة بالفخر والإعتزاز. جانب من تخريج 28 رائدة أعمال ضمن مشروع ( SECURE II) الذي نقوم بتنفيذه بالتعاون مع لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC). تضمنت الفعالية معرضًا للمنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من هذه الشركات الناشئة، والتي تم تطوير أفكارها من خلال برنامج دعم متكامل يشمل جميع الخدمات التي توفرها حاضنة mySTARTUP لدعم الشركات الناشئة والمؤسسات المجتمعية التي تسعى لتطوير وتوسيع أعمالها. Part of the graduation of 28 women entrepreneurs within the SECURE II project, which we are implementing in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The event included an exhibition of the products and services provided by these startups. Their ideas were developed through an integrated support program that includes all the services provided by mySTARTUP incubator to support startups and social enterprises seeking to build and expand their businesses. مجموعة من الشركات الناشئة في حاضنة أعمال mySTARTUP شاركت في فعاليات اليوم العالمي للشباب بحضور وزيرا الشباب معالي السيد محمد النابلسي والاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة معالي السيد أحمد الهناندة تهدف الفعالية إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الشباب في قيادة وتوظيف التحول الرقمي في تسريع الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتضمنت الفعالية مشاركة 25 مشروعا شبابيا ريادياً تنوعت بين برامج وتطبيقات في التعليم والتسويق والتصميم الجرافيكي ومنصات الأعمال ومختبرات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإعادة التدوير وأنظمة الحماية والحلول في قطاع السياحة والمياه الزراعة والبيئة.
