Happy 50th Birthday #ECOA! This vital law protects Americans from facing discrimination in all types of credit transactions. It requires creditors to provide reasons for denying credit and allows individuals who believe they have been discriminated against to file a claim. Keeping financial institutions in check is a big part of a #JustEconomy. Celebrate with us by signing and sharing the Just Economy Pledge! https://hubs.ly/Q02-czsr0

We champion fairness in banking, housing and business.
About us
The National Community Reinvestment Coalition and its grassroots member organizations create opportunities for people to build wealth. We work with community leaders, policymakers and financial institutions to champion fairness in banking, housing and business. NCRC was formed in 1990 by national, regional, and local organizations to develop and harness the collective energies of community reinvestment organizations from across the country so as to increase the flow of private capital into traditionally underserved communities. NCRC has grown to an association of more than 600 community-based organizations that promote access to basic banking services including credit and savings, to create and sustain affordable housing, job development and vibrant communities for America's working families. Our members include community reinvestment organizations, community development corporations; local and state government agencies; faith-based institutions; community organizing and civil rights groups; minority and women-owned business associations as well as local and social service providers from across the nation.
