NC AHEC is pleased to offer two self-paced webinars related to quality improvement with diabetes care in primary care practices, presented by Northwest AHEC: ❖ Diabetes Performance Improvement in Primary Care -- Enduring With Dr. Eugene Wright presenting, you'll explore barriers and facilitators to promote patient engagement in treatment, and discover performance improvement methods which promote health among patients with diabetes. The first 100 registrations will be at no charge, supported by Division of Health Benefits grant funding.
