The Town of Shallotte has some exciting news... last week they introduced Shally Shuttle! 🚌 Shally is the first free, fixed-route form of transportation in Shallotte! A ribbon cutting for the new shuttle service was held on Dec. 10 at the town’s Riverwalk. The Shally Shuttle will run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. 🎀 ✂️ Mayor Walter Eccard says, “It’s a service to our citizens, particularly our senior citizens and our citizens with mobility issues, to get them to the places they most often go: shopping, doctors offices etcetera. Secondly, it’s a way we hope of mitigating traffic on Main Street.” 🛍️ 👨⚕️
