NEM Summit 2024 - held in Brussels on 23/24 October 2024 The 15th edition of the NEM Summit conference was held last month @ VRT (Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie) Headquarter in Brussels. At the NEM Summit 2024, experts from all over Europe gathered together to discuss the latest trends and challenges in the media sector. This year, the world of extended reality (XR) and the metaverse was chosen as the focus. The event, which examined innovations and ethical problems within these rapidly developing technologies, yielded important insights. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), the rise of always-on AI assistants, and the crucial role of ethics and accessibility were some of the major topics that were discussed. The presentations and recording from the NEM Summit 2024 are now available on the NEM Initiative website (www.nem-initiative.org). Enjoy!! The NEM Summit is an international conference and exhibition, organized since 2008 by the NEM Initiative for all those interested in broad area of Media, Content, and Creativity.
