  • Completion is in sight for 270 Park Avenue, JP Morgan Chase's 1,389 foot supertall headquarters🙌🏽 Designed by Fosters + Partners, it's set to be New York's tallest all-electric tower and will be 100% powered by renewable energy. In addition to operating on net zero carbon emissions, the building will incorporate AI and intelligent building technology to predict, respond and adapt to energy needs. • New York City’s ever-evolving skyline will soon welcome THE 74, a 32-story residential tower designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners. 💙 Inspired by New York’s Art Deco landmark buildings, the tower features white terracotta and bronze and aluminum framed windows. The building’s design was created to capture light in a unique way throughout the day. Most of the wavy terracotta façade panels have been installed across the southern and western elevations on the luxury condo building. The team anticipate a Summer 2025 completion date.

  • Get ready for the world’s longest building. The 4000ft ‘Big Bend’ skyscraper proposed for New York. ✔️ A U-shaped skyscraper nicknamed ‘The Big Bend’ could radically change New York's skyline. The tower has been proposed by design studio Oiio for 57th Street, aka 'Billionaire's Row' in Manhattan. The unique shape of the tower which curves back round to the ground is viewed as a loophole to New York's zoning laws and 'air rights'  requirements for tall buildings. As it loops back to the ground it would be considerably cheaper than if it were 4,000ft in a traditional vertical ascent. Its design features an elevator which can go all the way round the u-shaped bend and "can travel in curves, horizontally and in continuous loops". If it were built it would be the tallest skyscraper in the Western hemisphere at 2,000ft. It is understood development partners and investors are currently being sought.
