This week, we hosted our second annual NCV Founder and CEO Summit! Over 50 founders, CEOs, and venture partners from across our portfolio joined us for two days focused on the power of connection and leadership development. This year, we took a fully interactive approach, diving deep into the real challenges our founders face with a series of tactical group sessions. Leaders focused on setting powerful visions, evaluated their leadership styles, and worked through a problem-solving workshop where they each presented a current challenge for group feedback. Each session was packed with real examples, giving founders practical insights they could put to work right away. Thank you to everyone who made this Summit a success, from our NCV portfolio leaders to our Venture Partners, and of course, our wonderful sponsors.
