In the spirit of #GivingTuesday we dropped off nearly 100 pounds of our premium cold-pressed dog food + a few extra toys to Best Friends Animal Society Salt Lake City, our local location that works with animal rescue groups, city shelters, and fellow pet lovers to distribute donated food and necessities where pets need it most. Come along with us to drop off our donation and say hello to a few adoptable pups in Salt Lake City! A huge thank you to all the volunteers and Best Friends employees for the opportunity to give back to our local community and everything that goes into saving pets nationwide. “I just love puppies and I hope our food helps a lot of puppies.” 😆🐶 - #coldpresseddogfood #dognutrition #welovedogs #smallbusiness #utahlocalbusiness #thisisogden

Your pup's poo certainly isn't as expressive as everyone's favorite emoji, but it can tell you a lot about your dog's digestive health. 💩👀 First rule of poo observations (poopservations, if you will): Less is more! The smaller the poo, the more nutrition your furry babe is absorbing. Even better, healthy poos from diets like cold-pressed dog food are firmer and easier to clean up! Happy bellies not only make happy pups, they make for happy pooper scoopers too. 😂 If you've made any of these poopservations lately but don't want to sacrifice the convenience of dry food, it's time to explore the superior digestive health benefits of #ColdPressedDogFood. #TravelThursday 🚙 🐶 Did you know it's National Pet Week?! Each year, the American Veterinary Medical Association dedicates the first whole week of May to celebrating our pets. Thursday is themed "Travel with care," and what better way to do so than to bring your pup along for the ride with her gut-friendly food in tow? Cold-pressed dog food offers comparable nutrition as a fresh food diet without having to pack the refrigerator. Now that's what we call #TravelPerks!

Does your pup have irregular, soft, or discolored poos? 💩 Many causes of unhealthy poo resolve on their own, but they could be attributed to your pup's diet. Extruded kibbles are more difficult to digest and can lead to upset tummies and, you guessed it, messy poos! If you spend a lot of time cleaning up after your pup, it might be time to give cold-pressed food a try. 🌈 ⭐️ The more you know! #coldpresseddogfood #dogguthealth #didyouknow

After watching this video, you might be inclined to ask, "Don't dogs chew their food?" But here's the thing: not all dogs chew every bite. There are various reasons for dogs inhaling whole pieces of food, like predisposed ravenous eating (they do come from wolves, you know) or competition with hungry-hungry puppies! So, for every chewed-up piece of kibble, there could be a handful of whole pieces slurped up like their ancestors would. 🐺 That's where the benefit of cold-pressed dog food comes in... Nextrition pieces, whether chewed or swallowed whole, will start to immediately break down in a dog's stomach for seamless digestion! Happy bellies = Happy pups. 🐶 But that's not all! Did you also see Nextrition cold-pressed dog food sink to the bottom of the glass compared to the floating bits of kibble? That's because cold-pressed food is more nutrient-dense than extruded kibble, which undergoes temperatures 3x higher, burning off most of the ingredients' nutrition and flavor. The proof is in the demonstration. If your pup struggles with tummy grumbles, it's time to explore a superior digestive option. Learn more about cold-pressed dog food and why dogs don't always chew their food at the links in the comments!
