  • From December 21, 2024, to January 1, 2025, the Nonprofit Leadership Lab will be taking a short break to rest, recharge, and focus on some much-needed self-care. We encourage you to take this time to care for yourself too—whether that means reflecting on your accomplishments, spending time with loved ones, or simply enjoying a moment of quiet. During this time, our responses to messages and DMs may be slower than usual, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible once we return. We’ll be back January 2, 2025, refreshed and ready to kick off an exciting new year filled with impactful plans for our nonprofit leaders. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. See you in 2025!🧡

You might have even participated in minimizing your perspective, skills, talents, and gifts in order to "keep the peace". Many BIPOC leaders that we serve have had that experience. Know that you are not alone. We see you. And we're here to help. Overcoming minimization is a systemic issue. The first step to eliminating minimization is simply... 》frank conversation《 These are the kinds of conversations that we have inside the Nonprofit Leadership Lab because we stand for equality and freedom for EVERYONE.
