We're thrilled to kick off the 2025 calendar year with the grand opening of our brand-new base! Our Tampa, Florida operation sprang to life this morning at 7 a.m., and we've already received our first requests for service. A huge shoutout to our incredible operations and base implementation team for making this launch a success. Here's to many more exciting base openings throughout the year!

🎁🎄 Update: Stuff the Suburban—Deliveries Complete! 🎄🎁 We’re thrilled to share that the toys collected during NORA Baltimore’s "Stuff the Suburban" drive have been delivered to their destinations, bringing joy to children this holiday season! On December 11, the team delivered toys to the University of Maryland Medical System Pediatric Emergency Room. The following day, December 12, we visited Johns Hopkins Medicine Pediatric Hospital. Both hospitals were so excited to receive the gifts, and it was heartwarming to see the impact these donations had on the children and staff.✨🎁✨ A huge shoutout to our amazing team—Matthew, Abby, Harold, Bridget, Steve, Mike, Keith, and Larry—for making this possible. Honoring Our Heroes: NORA's Participation in Wreaths Across America This past weekend, NORA Team Baltimore had the privilege of participating in the Wreaths Across America event at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD. Our team came together to honor and remember those who served by placing wreaths on the headstones of our nation's heroes. We worked diligently to ensure 100% coverage across the cemetery, reflecting on the incredible sacrifices these veterans made. Each team member felt deeply honored to be part of this moving experience, and we’re already looking forward to participating again next year. 🎁🎄Stuff the Suburban: A Huge Success!🎄🎁 Today, the NORA Baltimore Base team came together for a heartwarming cause—our "Stuff the Suburban" Children’s Toy Drive! Braving the cold, 8 amazing NORA team members packed our iconic NORA Suburban to the brim with toys. These gifts will soon bring smiles to the faces of children at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and the University of Maryland Children’s Hospital. Special thanks to Baltimore City Fire Department Local 734 for hosting us at their union hall.
