🚀 CPACE is Now Available in New Jersey🌱 Yesterday New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) approved the Garden State #CPACE Program, which allows commercial property owners to access #CPACE financing to fund energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy, and resiliency measures included in renovations or new construction. The recent approval by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) Board officially establishes the operational framework that makes #CPACE financing a reality for New Jersey’s commercial property owners. Congratulations to Max Frank, M.S. for his outstanding work in getting this passed.
