Happy Friday everyone! Here's one of our awesome Junior Sales Engineers here at Novia, Armani Mette. We would like to celebrate this hard working, positive and helpful person for getting employee of the month back in September! Armani came to Novia 1 year ago (congrats on your 1 year anniversary!) with little knowledge on our product and sales, but he had such a drive to learn and grow we took him on in a heartbeat. Armani jumped right into things, helping out on our production floor to really learn product builds, studying late with managers to understand processes and customer needs, and really blending in with the Novia culture. The infectious attitude this man has is like no other, he makes all feel welcome and there is nothing below him that he wouldn't help with. We are better with you here Armani, congrats on receiving September employee of the month!

Come celebrate Derrick, one of our talented and hardworking Sales Engineers on getting employee of the month in July 2024! Derrick has been with Novia for 2 years as of yesterday (congrats on your anniversary!) and took on what some can argue is one of our most challenging roles in the company. He came in ready to dive into all things Novia, working hard to gain knowledge on products and workflow, help his team and help service our customers. Derrick is always willing to give a hand wherever and learn which makes him a true asset to the team. We are so happy that Derrick is here with Novia, we value him tremendously, congrats on getting employee of the month!

Come meet the newest member of our sales team,Christine! Christine has been with Novia for 2.5 years, starting out as an Assistant Project Manager, and has just been promoted to Sales Engineer. This marks a historic moment for Novia as Christine is our first ever female Sales Engineer. She's a go getter, is always making sure our customer's needs are being met and is just a straight up wonderful person to work with! She is ready to help with all things seismic and vibration isolation, give her a call to get your questions answered and order from the best company in the industry!

Throw back to when this amazingly hardworking individual was honored as Novia's employee of the month for June, 2024. Let's celebrate Drew! Drew has been with Novia for 4.5 years and has worked his way from Fabricator/Welder to our Bench Welder Lead! His passion for training and guiding new and seasoned employees doesn't go unnoticed. He has a strong sense of pride in his work and his team and is always trying to improve and help the company reach our goals. Drew puts in the work (he's usually one of the last out of the building every day) and we couldn't thank him enough. Congratulations Drew on the well deserved employee of the month!
