With this opportunity, you'll perform a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting building systems to making repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and beyond. This position offers hands-on experience in the trades, with opportunities to expand your skills in general building maintenance across multiple craft trades. The ideal candidate has at least three years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to read blueprints. In this role, you'll draft and negotiate contracts, support business development, and manage communications to ensure the seamless administration of government contracts.
