We’re proud to release our first-ever Incentives Portfolio Annual Report, which outlines the success and impact of NYCEDC’s three incentives programs, NYCIDA, Build NYC, and NYCNCC, over the last decade. Since 2011, these programs have leveraged $30 billion in private investment to drive inclusive economic development, collectively helping NYC create and retain almost 86,000 jobs and contributing to current record-high levels of employment and labor force participation.
