OSC was founded in 1991 by Randy O’Donnell and Trey Snider, industry peers who created a construction firm focused on customer service, quality and respect. Today our values remain the same. Our firm has grown steadily, increasing our staff, market sectors served, and our geographic reach, to align with our customer’s needs. We are proactive construction partners that consistently deliver outstanding results. We are leaders in the industry utilizing technologies that deliver value and further transparent communication. Our people are highly experienced leaders, with numerous years in the industry, many with diverse backgrounds, decades of knowledge from the field and advanced degrees.
